KLAP is a non-profit organization, incorporated under the laws of State of Maryland and in accordance with Section 501C(3) of the IRS tax regulations. The unity was formed in 2012 by a group of Volleyball enthusiasts with an intention to promote harmony, fellowship, and sportsman spirit. KLAP has been conducting every year a national level Volleyball Tournament by invitation only since its inception and it has grown to one of the biggest Volleyball Tournaments of Asian Indians in North America.
Eligibility:
All playing members of participating teams MUST be able to establish their origin from, or relationship with, the Indian origin. Specifically, a player must have been born of at least one Indian parent.
Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors are to up hold THE VALUES AND By-Laws of the league and maintain uniformity of all actions and decisions made by the league.
